Deven White-Revere has always been captivated by the arts. From a young age, he loved consuming both written and visual material, always paying attention to the underlying story. As he grew up and started to experiment with their own creative ideas, Deven White-Revere fell in love with screenwriting and hasn't looked back since. About Deven
Deven White-Revere graduated from Kent State University in Spring 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Educational Studies with a minor in Digital Media Productions where he became fascinated with the art of visual storytelling. Since a young age, he quickly absorbed the content of a variety of books and films and as he grew up in college he found that having an artistic outlet such as has had one of the biggest influences in today's' society. Through his cinematic art, he educates his audience on different social issues, untold history and other topics that are minimalized in the media through thoughts, creativity, and imagination.

Awards and Film Festivals
Hooded was an official selection for the C-Independent Film Festival screening in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 25, 2018.
Hooded was an official selection for the Columbus Film Festival screening in Columbus, Ohio on August 11, 2018.
Hooded won the Silver Awards for Best Student Short Film at the Los Angeles International Short Film Festival – Monthly Competition in the month of June 2018.
